SlowAndSimple.com was started by my wife and I after we discovered our love for Slow Cooker meals.

We received a slow cooker as a wedding gift and found that we were using it at least once a week to make delicious meals. We thought it would be a great idea to start a website that listed great recipes and allowed people to add their own and add comments.
