Crockpot Beef Brisket

INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 pound beef brisket
1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke and seasonings. Wrap well in large piece of aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight if desired. Place wrapped brisket in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 9 to 12 hours (high 5 to 6 hours).Serve brisket with juices. Serves 8.

Yes, this is definitely the Rival Crockpot Brisket recipe! I had lost the recipe book, AND I am SOOO Happy, I found it online!
It is absolutely amazing and falls apart. The taste is amazing. Everytime I ever made it, EVERYONE went crazy about it!
AND It is soooo easy to make.
My husband always loved this but again I lost that little book and haven't made it in years. Well I'm making it again this weekend for a huge party and they will go nuts for sure. It is awesome! I can't wait!! ABSOLUTELY QUICK, EASY, & DELICIOUS!!!! |

If I am not mistaken, the first time I saw this recipe it was in the Rival Crockpot Cookbook? I used it several times, for family and friends, and all said it was one of the best briskets they ever had! |
