Combine next 8 ingredients in medium bowl and pour over tomatoes.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Mix all ingredients except bell pepper, beans and cheese in 3 1/2 - 4 quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Stir in bell pepper and beans.
