Warm Artichoke Cheese Spread with Flat Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 pieces flatbread
DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients except the flatbread in the stoneware and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour.
Mix again and turn the heat to Warm.
Serve the cheese spread in the stoneware.
Pass pieces of the flatbread to each guest. Guests may tear small portions of the bread to dip in the spread.
