Vegetable Curry

INGREDIENTS
4 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 6-oz can tomato paste
¾ c. water
2 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
3 c. cauliflower
1 10-oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Place potatoes, onions, pepper, carrots and tomatoes in slow cooker. Stir in tomato paste, water, powder, cumin seeds, garlic powder and salt. Stir and add cauliflower. Cook on Low 8-9 hours. Stir in peas before serving.
