INGREDIENTS
1 onion chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 ribs chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 thinly sliced zucchini
1 thinly sliced yellow squash
1 16oz bag frozen corn
2 cans chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
shredded cheese (Monterey jack or cheddar)

DIRECTIONS
Saute first four ingredients TOSS in a little butter or olive oil. Throw everything else into the crock pot (except the cheese and chips) and cook on low about 6 hours.

Throw in the chips and cheese (to taste) and serve.

Where does it say how many chips (and what kind) and when to add them and the cheese?

this was awesome! My daughter and I are vegetarian, so we used vegetable stock instead. My husband and son eat meat so I cooked two strips of chicken breast on a separate skillet and added cubed pieces to their bowls right before serving. They loved it.
