Sweet & Sour Shrimp (2)

INGREDIENTS
1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches in syrup
1 cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
¼ cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
6 ounces snow peas
1 pound cooked medium shrimp
1/3 cup chopped toasted almonds
DIRECTIONS
Place peaches with syrup, onion, peppers, celery, broth, sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar in the Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or on High 2 to 3 hours or until done. Stir well.
Add snow peas. Cook 15 minutes on High. Add shrimp and almonds. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on High or until the precooked shrimp is hot. Serve with rice.
