1 20-oz pkg cheese stuffed pasta shells
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 28-oz can plum tomatoes
1 6-oz can tomato paste
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ c. white wine
Instructions
Sauté mushrooms in a skillet. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, garlic and white wine to slow cooker. Cook on High 3½-5 hours. Add shells and cook for 1 additional hour.
