Comments: I have never tried to make Pea Soup before. This sounded easy so I gave it a try. I made 2 changes: Substituted Chicken Broth for water and added extra carrots.
The soup finished very well and tasted very good, but a little thin for my liking. So I stirred in a little flour and water to thicken it.
All and all a good first try and end product.
