Scalloped Oysters

INGREDIENTS
4 12-oz cans frozen oysters, thawed
7 c. crushed Saltine® crackers
1 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbs dry sherry
1 c. butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover; cook on Low 7-9 hours or High 3-4½ hours.
