This was so bland. The pork fell apart really nice but it was just so bland that i had to drench it in hot sauce. I also think that if you brown the pork chops before you put them in it would definitely help. However my cousin liked it but for someone who is used to flavor this was really bland..

Ohh man, this recipe is tasty! It's a good alternative for pork chops also. I used 4, 1 inch thick pork chops and cooked on low for 8 hours. The pork chops were so tender they cut like fish. will definitely add this recipe to the list. Try it and enjoy as directed.

I think this recipe would work better with a roast however it was very tasty and tender.

This was the second recipe I made with my new slow cooker. Hubby and I loved it. The pork chops come out so tender you don't need a knife to cut it.
