Philippine Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken, cut up
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Put all in Crock Pot; cook for 6 to 8 hours on low. Serve over rice.

your recipe is wrong honey bunch. its to put a lot of crushed garlic, not to add water.add to your recipe, ground pepper and few slices of ginger, put 3 dried basil and 1 tsp sugar. recipe is called chicken adobo, if you do it right. |

What no Ginger? How can you have Philippine Chicken and have no ginger anywhere? Add fresh sliced ginger to this, trust me! |
