INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package of chicken gravy mix
1 cup white wine
1 can of cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
8 oz. cream cheese

DIRECTIONS
Put chicken in crock-pot. Sprinkle gravy mix on top. Pour soup over that, then pour wine over that. Cook on low all day. 30 minutes before serving, put cream cheese in. When ready to serve, remove chicken and whisk the sauce together. Serve over pasta or rice. We like this even without the chicken! It is a good sauce for pasta. I use reduced fat cream of whatever soup and fat free cream cheese.

This chicken was sooo good. My first attempt at cooking via crockpot and it was absolutely delish!!! Only suggestion is not to use all of the cream cheese recommended. I used the amount listed and there were unsightly small white clumps in the gravy (but totatly tasty). It did take a will for the cream cheese to melt down. My other suggestion would be to leave the cream cheese out to let it soften a bit before throwing it in. I put in straight from the fridge.

This was utterly incredible. I only added extra mushrooms. We didn't even make it to the dinner table! We just stood at the counter devouring it. Thank you for the recipe!
