Lentils with Smoked Ham

INGREDIENTS
2 cups lentils
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 lb smoked ham, sliced
2 cups chicken broth
1 8-oz. can tomato paste
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in the stoneware. Cover cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
