I tried this recipe initially and I wasn't sure my family would like it...they didn't they LOVED it!! It is sooo easy and soo tasty we make it at least once a month now. GREAT recipe. The only change I make is I add bell peppers in the last hour or so.

The Italian Seasoning *plus* the Good Seasons Salad Dressing packet is too much ... the "bite" of Rosemary is too intense. I'd suggest dropping the Salad Dressing on your first attempt, but keep the Au Jus and the Italian Seasoning. That should provide sufficient "Italian" flavor.

Recipe is delicious, it's become a big favorite at my house. I add some mixed spicy pickled vegetables on top to finish this off
