Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip

 Ingredients
½ c. butter
6 stalks celery, sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 4-oz cans sliced mushrooms, drained
¼ c + 2 Tbs flour
2 10¾-oz cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 garlic cheese rolls, cut up (5-6 oz)
2 10-oz pkgs frozen broccoli spears
 
 Instructions
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté the celery, onion and mushrooms. Stir in flour.
Turn into slow cooker and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook on High, stirring every 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Turn to Low for 2-4 hours, or until ready to serve.
