Hearty Beef Stew 1

INGREDIENTS
Serving Size : 8
2 pounds stew beef -- cut in 1' cubes
5 carrots -- sliced
1 large onion -- diced
3 stalks celery -- sliced
1 can tomatoes -- (28 ounce)
1/2 cup quick-cooking tapioca
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in Crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours (High 5-6 hours).
