1½ lbs halibut
2 Tbs flour
1 Tbs sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ c. butter
1/3 c. white wine
2/3 c. milk
Instructions
Place halibut in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir until thickened. Pour into slow cooker. Cover; cook on High 2½-3 hours.
