This recipe is very nice. Cut up a white onion and 1/2 a lemon and laid them on top of the sauce while the fish cooked for extra flavor.

This recipe came out great. I'm pretty accustomed to tweaking recipes to my own personal taste, and before I put the sauce in the cooker with the fish I blended it up with 2 roma tomatoes and a teaspoon of chile garlic sauce. YUM.

I am not a good cook at all, and this was very easy to do. I had a hard time picking out wine, but it came out excellent! I did accidentally buy fish with bones, so watch out for that. The taste isn't super strong, which I was worried about.... other then my mistakes very good!
