Glazed Chicken

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
6 oz. frozen concentrated orange juice
1/2 t. thyme salt pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix the thyme and orange juice and pour over. Cook about 4-5 hours on low. Season to taste. (If you use the frozen chicken breasts they usually don't need additional salt.)

Very tasty glaze. And like another review my 5 year old loved it. The chicken was a little dry, I cooked it at the max time recommended so next time I would shorten the cook time a little or try it with chicken thighs. |
