INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs margarine
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
8-oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
8-oz Gruyère cheese
2-oz Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
4 - 6 drops hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in the stoneware. Cover cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.

Swissy is a food snob. Get over it and give the recipe a try.

Gaa! Onions? Hot sauce? Blue cheese? Cheddar! The horror! Fondue is made with Emmental, Tilsit, and Gruyere. White wine and kirsch, garlic, many add nutmeg. That is all. I did not make this. Can't even stomach the thought of it.
