Easiest Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 package mushroom
1 onion cut in rings
1 package beef stew meat
salt
pepper
DIRECTIONS
Put in crock pot and cook all day. Add 16 oz sour cream before serving. Serve over Egg Noodles.

I made this and my family loved it. I would thicken the sauce a bit before serving next time though. I put it all together and put it into a ziploc bag and froze it. Then when I was ready to make it I just pulled the bag out of the freezer and let it cook all day. Came home to this wonderful meal. Thanks! |
