Combine the cream cheese, cream and parmesan in a bowl until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour the mixture into the Crock-PotŪ slow cooker.

Warm Artichoke Cheese Spread with Flat Bread

Place all of the ingredients except the flatbread in the stoneware and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour.
Mix again and turn the heat to Warm.
