2 to 2 1/2 lbs lean beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
salt and pepper
1 cup barbecue sauce, mesquite flavor or your favorite
1 cup beef broth
2 cans (15 ounces each) lima beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place beef in slow cooker with barbecue sauce and beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add drained lima beans and cook on HIGH for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
Serves 6 to 8.
