Crock Pot Cheese Fondue Dip

INGREDIENTS
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cheese soup
1 tablespoon fresh or frozen snipped chives
2 cups Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
bread chunks, corn chips, or vegetable dippers
DIRECTIONS
In slow cooker combine condensed soup, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and chives. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Stir until smooth and well blended. Keep hot in the pot and serve with bread chunks, corn chips, or vegetable dippers.
