INGREDIENTS
1 lb sea bass, cubed
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 14-oz can beef broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 7-oz can cooked clams
½ lb cooked shrimp
1 6-oz pkg cooked crab meat
Minced parsley
DIRECTIONS
Combine sea bass vegetables, garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings in slow cooker. Cover, cook on Low 10-12 hours. 30 mins. Before serving, turn to High and stir in remaining seafood. Garnish with parsley before serving.
