INGREDIENTS
1 lb sea bass, cubed
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 14-oz can beef broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 7-oz can cooked clams
½ lb cooked shrimp
1 6-oz pkg cooked crab meat
Minced parsley

DIRECTIONS
Combine sea bass vegetables, garlic, tomato sauce, beef broth and seasonings in slow cooker. Cover, cook on Low 10-12 hours. 30 mins. Before serving, turn to High and stir in remaining seafood. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Very salty, too much broth, not enough tomato sauce, lacking flavor. Perhaps with some saffron or something but I'm not in a hurry to try it again.
