Boneless, skinless chicken breast (2-3 lbs)
Chicken Flavored Rice
Cream of Celery soup
Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup water

Put rice in crock pot, and water. Combine soups and layer on top of rice. Salt chicken and layer chicken in pot. Set on high for 4-5 hours or low or auto shift for 7-10 hours.

Chicken is tender but rice is a little mushy. Tastes ok, doesn't look very appetizing.

i made this last night, it was good. it would have been more helpful if the directions would have given how much water and how much rice. in the end i had to add 2 more cups of water. to jazz it up i added a drained small can of french cut green beans and a small can of sliced mushrooms.

Cooked it for 7 hours and it was on warm for 3 hours. The rice had the consistency of mush and the chicken was tender and bordering on the dry side. I added a slice of swiss cheese on top at the end. Next time I'll take it out sooner. Maybe cook the rice separately? Though that defeats the one pot, simple cooking benefit of a slow cooker. All things considered, it was good.

Rice did not cook well, though the rest did. I would suggest cooking rice on stove top, and serving over rice

Not good. Maybe if I had been home all day I could of stirred it and maybe added additional liquid.
