4 lbs cut up chicken
1 onion chopped
2 (or more) cloves of garlic, chopped (not pressed)
1 green pepper chopped
1 medium ripe tomato, peeled & chopped
1 cup dry white wine
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover, set on low and cook for 6-8 hours. If you want you can cook for 5 1/2 and then place chicken on cookie sheets with sides and cook for 30-45 minutes at 350deg F to crisp up skin. Serve with crusty French bread. Serves 4-5.
