Breakfast Cobbler

INGREDIENTS
4 medium-sized apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 C. honey
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. butter, melted
2 C. granola cereal
DIRECTIONS
Spray inside of Crock-Pot with nonstick spray. Place apples in slow cooker and mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours, or overnight (alternately, cook on high 2-3 hours). Serve with milk.
Makes 4 servings.

I only gave this 4 stars because after reading the first review I decided to try this on warm overnight instead of low. Warm for about 9 hours was perfect. I served it with vanilla ice cream. It's not the most appealing looking mush, but it is very tasty! |

Do not cook this overnight. You must, constantly, stir this. I cooked this for 9 hours on my low setting. It burnt the outside of this dish to a crisp. It smelled awful. Keep an eye on this one. It is certainly not a "set it and forget it" recipe |
