2 tbsp cookin oil
25g(1oz)plain flour
300ml(1/2 pint)beef stock
225g(1/2lb)lambs liver, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced

Heat the oil in a frypan, Coat the Liver in the flour and fry till sealed. Transfer to the slow cooker. Add the onions to the pan and fry until golden. Stir in the remaining flour and stock. Bring to the boil. stirring. Pour over the Liver and cook on High 2-4/low5-7
