Place all in crockpot, cook on low 8 hours. I used Zesty Italian dressing mix and I added 1 onion slivered up. I put it all in the crockpot the night before I was going to spend all day cooking. By morning, it was tender. I took it out shredded it and had 2 meals in the freezer by 8:30 that morning! WOO HOO It sounded almost too easy to me. But this was one of the best smelling recipes I've made in a long time! I keep hoagie buns in the freezer from the bread store (day old, got 'em for 2 packages for $1!!!) I'll take a pack of those out, add the beef and a slice of cheese and VOILA! Dinner!
