INGREDIENTS
* 2 lbs. cubed stew beef
* 2 cans tomato sauce
* 1 can tomato paste
* 2 cans whole new potatoes
* 2 cans sliced carrots
* 2 cans kitchen cut green beans
* 1 can diced tomatoes in Italian seasoned sauce
* Worstershire sauce to taste
* Herbs to taste, if desired

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and diced tomatoes. Mix in stew beef. Pour mixture into crock pot and cook on Low for 7-8 hours.

Next, drain veggies and add to crock pot, mixing thoroughly. Continue to cook on Low until warmed through (about an hour or so).

Tip: If you get whole new potatoes, you may wish to quarter them prior to adding to the crock pot for easier eating.

Serves 8-10.

I did buy all the ingredients, however, it doesn't specify the size cans of tomato sauce and paste, so... I hope I add the right amounts in the goulash.
