1 T. vegetable oil
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup chicken broth

Brown pork roast in vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Peel garlic and slice onion, throw in bottom of Crock Pot. Place pork on top of them. Pour broth over pork. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

the title of the recipe is "3 lb Pork Roast" so if you can't figure that one out you probably shouldn't be cooking.
